I've always had achy feet. I requested one of these from my sister for Christmas 2014. I love it! I feel no need to try it cold or warm. It feels great rolling it. But to me, I enjoy it even better keeping it stationary and rubbing my feet left to right along it. Feels so good!

Really appreciate this roller. Instant, adaptable, and effective in helping sore, over-used feet. Work has me on my feet all day, and even with great shoes, my heels and plantar fascia hurt more than occasional/ limited pressure massage could help (for years). I bought this roller yesterday and already feel better (and haven't yet tried heat/cooling- such luxury to come!). I've never written a review for anything, I'm a real person letting you know that this product has truly helped my feet feel better. I think I'll use it for a few minutes first thing when I get up because for the first time I'm not in pain and feeling a thousand years old hobbling down the stairs to start my day. I'm not rich, but I just bought these for family as gifts. Hey Gaia, suggestion? Would so help to add one more row of bumps for sides of foot. Grateful user (and my husband thanks you for the relief as former exhausted foot massage angel).
