I bought this on a whim a couple of weeks ago. I've been suffering from plantar fasciitis off and on for nearly a year and I've tried everything to get some relief, with varying degrees of success, but none of them have been as effective as this foot roller. I use it at room temp, in sock feet (it's a little uncomfortable and ticklish otherwise) and roll my foot for at least ten minutes twice a day. It has helped so much I kind of can't believe it. I wish I had bought this thing a year ago!

I purchased the Restore Hot and Cold Foot Roller for my husband and he thought it was great from the first time he put foot on it. Thus far he has used it only at room temperature, but that seems to do the trick. He keeps it near his favorite chair and uses it pretty much daily.

When roller is used at room temperature it is flexible/soft and does not provide much relief. A frozen roller is sturdy and you can really work the sore/tender areas. It stays cold for more than 30 minutes.

This is a MUST BUY if you suffer with plantar fasciitis pain! I walk 10,000 steps a day at work and I go to the gym 5 days/week. Skip the cortisone shot and buy this foot roller, It has changed my life! Thank you, Gaiam!

I tried this and it does help to relieve the plantar fasciitis pain and relax my feet so I can get sleep at night, I prefer to use products rather than cortizone shots in the heel to relieve the sore feet.

I'm a dancer and received this as a gift to relieve my achy and tired feet, and it FELT SO GOOD! The only downside was that within 2 months of receiving it, the liquid inside started leaking out and I couldn't use it anymore, I was so disappointed! I'm not sure if this is a common problem or if mine was just a dud, so I was a little hesitant to get a new one- I couldn't return since it was a gift, which is a bummer, but I'm considering giving it another try since the relief it provided in that short time was amazing.
