I bought this foot roller because I absolutely love my foam foam roller by the same company. I have high arches and even with special shoe inserts and occasional foot rubs around the house my feet always ache. I am so glad I bought this little guy. What a relief to my aching dogs!! I bought this roller a week ago and the curves and bumps hit my foot perfectly. I haven't used the hot/cold option but room temp has been just fine. I only wish I would have bought this sooner.

I have plantar faciitis in my foot and decided to try this rather than a tennis ball to get some relief. I am SO glad I got this. I noticed an immediate difference after just using it for a few minutes. Love that it can be warm or cold! It is worth every penny.
