I bought this radio about eight months ago and I am so glad I did. I’ve used many different makes and models from other companies and found many of them to be fair at best. This unit from Midland is excellent across-the-board. The power is amazing and the features our excellent. I am so Happy that I am playing two hand held radios this week. I would highly recommend Midland products to anyone.

I bought this bundle last month and finally installed it!
I feel like the bundle was a waste of money because the included antenna and mount do not work for my RAM, so I had to purchase the “ Midland Universal Hood and Trunk Lip Mount with NMO Connector, and 6M Cable”
so I could mount the ghost antenna! I’m also going to buy the 6DB whip antenna to get more range. I had to fabricate a wood mounting stand, because the RAM doesn’t have a lot of room to mount a radio and I didn’t want to drill holes in dash! This way my radio is mobile and easy to take out of my truck(though it doesn’t look easy).
It was very easy to install!!! Basically “plug and play”
Radio is a 5 star!!!
