I use to sit on one of these at work for eight hours a day. Never got a sore back and felt more energetic physically by the end of the day. I now have one at home. I watch TV and surf the web. Again, I can feel my posture improving and notice I am active when I sit. Always making small movements. I tend to be like a kid in a bounce house only on a much smaller, gentler scale. I add a cover to help coordinate it to my colors.

I can't sit in conventional chairs for very long. This ball chair allows me to sit for longer periods of time without any leg or numbness issues. The only thing is that I have to remind myself to sit with my back straight, otherwise my back starts to hurt. I'm 6 feet tall, so I had to remove the wheels to lower the ball but since I'm on carpet, there's no issue there. I love this chair!

Lower Back pain from herniated disks made sitting a problem. My backless Balance Ball Chair makes sitting at my computer so much more comfortable, and when I'm done, my back isn't locked up, so I can get up and get going. Love it!

These chairs are amazing. Everyone in our office loves them. We have 2 right now and there are 4 of us who use them constantly. We need to get some more! My posture is much better for the short amount of time we have had them. I work in a dispatch center, and we work very long hours. These chairs really allow us to work on our posture and even get in a little exercise in between calls. Hope to be purchasing more soon! I highly recommend them! I will be buying one for home as well. Only recommendation would be to put better wheels on them, so they roll a little more easily on office carpets and/ or the carpet chair mats. This is my first purchase from this company and I can say I will be shopping with them again!
