I spend about 8 hours per day, 5 days a week in my office chair and have been reading about how dangerous this is to your health (even worse than smoking and even exercising regularly doesn't reverse the effects). I purchased this product as a healthier alternative to the usual office chair as it will strengthen my core and I can really feel it in my glutes. I can also get some exercise by bouncing up and down on it at various times during the day. Anyone who walks by and sees me bouncing is so jealous. Ha!

I have the regular ball chair at work and have enjoyed the benefits of sitting upright and strengthening my core. I bought one for home too since I am doing my schooling online and sit in front of the computer a lot. I love the backless cause now I can use it for exercising while studying. I highly recommend it for people who have to work in front of the computer or have sit behind a desk all day. Very comfortable!!

I finally received my chair today and was very excited. I put the chair together easily. However they shipped the wrong size ball. It is way too small, it's not what I ordered and it does not fit the chair. I researched this chair before I bought it and I did read quite a few reviews stating this exact same thing happened however I assumed I would not have an issue ordering straight from the company. I was wrong. Very disappointed and frustrated. I called the company and their phones are down. I sent them an email so I will update my review and rating accordingly after I get a response from them.

this is my 4th ball chair to order from Gaim. I have a personal one at the home computer, and one at each of my last 3 jobs over the last 15 years...my last job as an insurance agent, I got the boss to buy one for all 3 of us; the courthouse gals purchased 3 for them, and 2 gals at the hospital where I just started working which was my 4th chair purchase. love love love these chairs! I think I should be a Gaim rep or get sales commission !!

I use this chair every day at work. I am a PT and have recommended similar products to my patients. I read all the reviews and decided on this one. After the first day of use I felt as though I had exercised my core and hips. I have used this for more than 1 month and have not experienced one symptom of radiculopathy or had to perform a prone press up. I have learned to position the logo along the back to cue me to sit with my feet over the legs without breaks to prevent unintentional locking. I may purchase one for my home as well!
