I have had my chair for four years now. One of the wheels keeps falling off, and I found that the area around it is broken. Tried Gorilla glue to no avail. I did have the stabilizer bars replace, but they broke again, so I just use without. Best choice I ever mad for an office chair. I no longer have pain anywhere in my back due to sitting wrong or slouching. If you have a horse or dance, this is a must have!

During high school I was involved in football, wrestling, mixed martial arts, fencing, and rodeo. Needless to say, after having too many concussions to continue my sports, I have had issues with weight, joints, and muscle strength. Within a month, I have noticed a fair amount of strength return to my back and my posture is better when sitting and standing. This back strength is also allowing me to do other activities longer such as black-smithing and archery. Typically my shoulders and back are what fail first in these activities and now, not so much. The first week I could feel my abs and tenderloins burn. After the first week, it is weird sitting in a normal chair and you can actually feel how much you are not supporting yourself in a normal desk chair. I actually have two of these now, one at work (tech support) and one at home for my computer desk. Typically I am using one of these two chairs about 10-12 hours a day. This is one big step in getting healthy again, because I am actually getting worked while sitting, although little work is being done, it is helping alot. Thank you Gaiam for creating a simple product that I wish I had 4 year ago.

I thought the ball I received was too small for the holder, but called and they informed me that it takes a while to pump it up. They've received other calls of people inquiring the same thing. It has taken me two days to get it to the right size. Kind of a pain and it would be better if there was at least a foot pump instead of a hand pump.

Yesterday was the first full day of sitting on this ball chair, I noticed when I got home that for the first time in a long time, I did not have any back discomfort. I've always suffered from lower back problems and this for me is a life saver! I would recommend anyone to try this out! This is the absolute best thing I purchased in 2015! I would buy it all over again! I will most likely buy one for my home as well. I have almost zero back pain since I've had this chair. I have had poor posture for much of my life and my back reflects it. My current job requires that I sit most of the day. The chair I had was not ergonomic friendly at my desk. In the couple of weeks I have used it, I'm beginning to feel stronger. Whether I am sitting, standing, or lying down, I have noticed a difference for the better.
