I have noticed a huge difference in my posture while sitting as well as standing. I also feel more energized throughout the day. The first week or two using it caused the muscles in my back to be sore, but after that, i was very comfortable. I think it just took some to get used to. Overall I love my balance ball chair and would highly recommend it.

This ball immediately helped my lower back. Unfortunately the metal disc bars Brooke and this prevents me from being able to scoot around easily I feel like I'm going to fall sometimes. Even with that small flaw I do not regret this purchase. Just make sure you pay attention to the weight limits.

Its a great chair and completely functional for my needs. The plastic pieces that protrude out where the silver parts connect are sharp and stab my calves when I move. The ball was much smaller than the picture but it works.

This is my second ball chair. After 4 years of use, the foot broke on my old one with the back. I ordered this one and loved it for about a month and then BANG the metal bar snapped at the base so now there is only one loopy metal thing holding the ball in place. I wish I could order a replacement bar. Any chance?

I have wanted a ball chair for many years and finally got one. I love it and everyone at work comes to sit on it when I'm not at my desk! The only thing I disliked was, like so many others, I kept accidentally locking the wheels. I tried putting a mark on the base so I could try and keep the locking wheels in the back, but that didn't work. I ended up ordering from another company (since I didn't see it offered) two non-locking wheels. Now it's everything that I'd dreamed it would be!
