I am 5'11" and was worried this chair would be too small for my desk. Turns out, it (combined with my torso length) is too tall. This isn't a bad thing- My computer monitors just don't go any higher so my posture isn't actually any better because I have to slump over to look into them. I could probably deflate the ball, but I am worried it'd be too squishy. Other than that, I absolutely love it and would recommend it. I like that I can sit cross-legged on top of it or flat footed, or really however I want, and it's still mostly comfortable. Plus having the "give" that the ball has seems to have helped my lower back pain a bit. I love being able to roll the ball chair under the desk. For a while I was using a ball by itself (which ended up being too short for my desk, hence buying this.. I just can't win, haha) and it would sometimes roll away over night, plus it would get covered in whatever dust or hair etc was on the floor, which was a bit gross. So I really like this. *Hands in soap box*
I love sitting on my "yoga Ball Chair". It is very comfortable and exercising on it is so much easier than using the ball alone on the floor. In fact, if the chair were made with designer fashion in mind, I think it would be great to use them as dining room chairs! It would certainly add interest to a dinner party!
Very easy to set up. Definitely promotes mindful sitting. I have had it for two weeks now and already feel/see increased core strength/stability. A definite must have for self care!! :)
I work from home much of the time, in front of my laptop. Have used the ball chair for the past year or so and recently bought another for my office. Love it.
I have replaced my desk chair with this seat. It takes a bit getting used. I find that my back is well aligned when I am working on my computer and it is surprisingly comfortable to sit on. Thumbs up, I love it.
