Problems Setting the Chair Up

I hope that the chair is as good as the other reviews demonstrate, but I have been wholly disappointed with the setup. There was no picture that demonstrated the plug/screw-in pump adapter/black pump adapter. More disturbing, either Gaiam expects you to drill holes for the rods that hold the ball in place when you sit, or the base of my chair was manufactured incorrectly. I had to drill through to be able to screw the rods in from underneath the base. Finally, as fast as the ball deflates, I can't fathom being able to inflate this by yourself and being able to juggle the compressor and the pin, and 22cm in diameter is not going to happen, FYI. I can't get mine to stay inflated past 18.5cm.

Its the talk of the lab. Everyone wants to try it. It makes my hips hurt less than sitting in an office chair, but its shorter than I had imagined. Fuschia is more of a red in person. Not a huge issue, but annoying. Overall worth the price.

Wish I'd just bought a large ball. The fact this is wedged in a base means it's just like sitting in a regular chair.

We started out with 2 of these chairs! There are up to 13 of us in the office...... so we have just purchased 4 more to reduce the competition for the 2! These are amazing and really help with our jobs and comfort. We work in a dispatch center so it is not always possible to be able to get up and take a walk!

This is the MOST comfortable chair ever! I bought one for my husband with the back rest (he does not use the back rest) for his work. He no longer has back and leg pain. This chair also helps with your core. Easy to assembly. I do add more air into it about once a month. When I'm not using my chair our son takes it to sit on when watching tv or playing on his xbox one. Now I might have to buy another one! ;)
