I put off buying a yoga block for years because I didn't think I needed to spend the money. I'm so glad I changed my mind! I purchased the yoga essentials block in purple - it looks nice with my blue Gaiam yoga mat! Since I only bought one block, I really appreciate how lightweight it is, it's easy to pick up as I transition from one pose to another! Now I can focus on proper alignment instead of straining my neck or shoulders.
