The best blocks I've tried

After testing a number of yoga blocks over the years, the Gaiam foam blocks are my favorite. They are firm enough not to bend or receive intents easily when pressure is applied but light enough to be easily packed or transported for travel. I like that the colors change often for variety, too!

Essential to my new practice

I was diagnosed with osteoporosis recently and based on recommendations I have to modify my practice. I used to use wooden blocks originally purchased from Gaiam many years ago when I first started doing yoga, but eventually stopped using them as my practice progressed. These foam blocks are so much more comfortable to use and their light weight makes them easier to handle and transport. Plus the color purple makes me happy.

I got the purple ones since I go to Kansas State University. I went to a yoga class here and they are the exact same ones which is cool. The purple isn't feminine at all, which is cool being a 24 year old dude, and the foam, while light, is dense enough it an support my 165 lb frame as easily as anything. Great blocks, and a great deal

Quality of the block is great. It is nice and sturdy, but the material is soft enough that when using it during balance postures it does not hurt your hand/wrist. Definitely worth the price!

I bought this yoga block because I am now practicing my yoga at home instead of a gym that offers blocks for member's use. The block is reasonably priced, I bought an extra for a friend - makes a great gift. Fun colors to choose from! The duffle bag I purchased for my daughters gym bag use, is perfect size, great construction and a beautiful option - you can fit a rolled yoga mat on the outside of the bag. Reasonably priced.
