These blocks are sturdy enough to support on all sides with out bending or compressing at all like some foam blocks will. They also are not hard or uncomfortable. They are the perfect middle in between durability and comfort.

Bright colors, sturdy. These are great yoga blocks. They are durable and sturdy enough for assisting in balance poses, yet have enough 'give' to them to make them comfortable to support your head or sit on.

I needed a block for some of the DVD's I do at home, and this one really fit the bill, as well as matching my new yoga mat! Love the color choices available, and it has helped me with the hip opening, an area I tend to be tight in from running.

I like these blocks because they are the right thickness. I had some other ones and could not balance properly on them because they were too thin which created a potential for injury. These blocks more stable, the color is nice, and they seem like they could last a lifetime.
