Great for extension or assistance

These blocks are great for me to get deeper extensions, but they are also great for my husband who needs a little help on a few positions and uses them for stability. We like them so much that I plan to purchase another set.

This is a good soft block. It is very helpful for many poses when a wooden block would be too hard for the skin, bones, or muscles.

The blocks were just what I expected. They're squishy just enough to not hurt my hands or joints but still provide resistance and support. The color is fun. I got the light blue ones, they're a pretty ocean teal color and make me smile when I'm trying to do my floor exercises that I'm still learning.

I was disappointed with blocks I purchased. They were less firm than the ones I purchased previously from Gaiam. I previously recommended these blocks to my students and will no longer do so.

Great color, smooth to touch, sturdy blocks. I ordered two blocks - pair is nice for certain exercises. Quick ship. Solid foam, but can be dented with sharp objects. Very light weight. Cork blocks are harder, but are heavy and also not smooth to the touch.
