I went from a very flimsy yet stylish case to an Otterbox. I noticed immediately that the Otterbox was more substantial and I have more confidence that if I ever drop my phone (again), it will survive impact.
My only quip is that the back of the Otterbox case suited for the iPhone 5c has a lot more room for style. I would like to see a fun and unique print embedded into the plastic similar to the designs available at Society6.

I ordered the Apple Green Symmetry case for my iPhone 5c and absolutely love the color! I love the slim design because it slips into my back pocket when I'm walking or doing yard work, and fits easily into the inside pocket of my purse without any added bulk. I'm tempted to order one in Snowcone Blue for a bit of variety! The only concern I have is whether or not the screen would be protected in a fall. It would probably be fine because of the hard rubber around the outer edge of the case. The price isn't bad either.

I have been using Otter Boxes for years, the Defender and the Armor Series. My daughter didn't like either saying it made her iphone 5c too big and ugly.....hahahaha Well, that is from an 11 year old girl. So I bought her the symmetry for her iphone 5c, and she loves it! So now I feel much more reassured that all three of our phones are protected by Otter Box. Yes My son has a defender on his iphone 5c.

i have always loved Otterbox for its superior protection, but felt that the bulkiness of it was something that was necessary...but now with this new Symmetry case i have completely changed my thinking! it is not bulky or awkward, and it doesn't get caught on material when taking the phone out of a pocket or purse. it really is the best phone case i have ever had!!!
