I first purchased an Otterbox for my iPod Touch a few years ago and loved it. When I finally upgraded to a smartphone (a little late, I know!) I searched for a protector that would show the green of my new iPhone 5c. If I was going to have a green phone, I wanted to show that off! I came across the Symmetry and knew I found what I was looking for. Otterbox protection and it maintains the iPhone appearance!
I guess I should note I have not dropped my phone (knock on wood!) but putting the Otterbox on was easy.

Best case I have ever had

I'm not usually one to write product reviews, but this case deserves it.
There are two important things you should know about me. One - I am a total klutz; and two - I am terribly vain.
So when I got my beautiful new blue iPhone 5c, I faced a dilemma. Do get a big boxy case to combat my butterfingers, or do I show off the phone and just try to be really, REALLY careful? Well, I chose the latter, and within a month, I was in the phone repair shop spending copious amounts of money and mentally kicking myself.
That night I researched new cases and saw that this one had been released. I loved the matching colors, I loved the slim design, and I loved that it was made by Otterbox. I did wonder if it would be as durable as, say, the Defender case, but the vanity again won out.
Let me tell you, this case is well worth the money. I have dropped my phone off its face several times now, and each time, my phone escapes totally unscathed. At this point, dropping my phone on concrete elicits only a mild reaction, since I know it's going to be okay. That peace of mind is wonderful.
TL;DR - Get this phone case if you want protection without sacrificing style.

I love my Otterbox Symmetry! It's design is attractive and considerably more sleek and slim than other Otterbox cases that I've owned. Doesn't add much bulk and slides easily in and out of pockets. Especially since the green case coordinates so perfectly with my green iPhone 5C, I often forget I'm even using a case.
... Until I drop the phone on the pavement or accidently throw it across the room while taking off my jacket. And then I thank my lucky stars that this case has more than good looks! I'm a total klutz, and so far this case has protected my phone from all my accidents and mishaps. (I also use adhesive screen protectors that I bought from my phone carrier.)
I would definitely considering buying a Symmetry case for my next phone!

Has good protection without being bulky like the defender. All the buttons work great. Does not come with a screen protected but I didn't want one. It is a snap to put on because its a one piece unit and since it's not bulky it fits in your pocket easier. For every day use I highly recommend it.

Love the fit of this case. It is not too loose or too tight. It fits just right. The color matches my phone too. Perfect! The only wish I have is that it comes in more colors and designs. My hubbie would like one but thinks all the colors are too girly.

I was very hesitant to purchase this case for my new iPhone 5c. I have always used the Defender cases for all of my previous phones and was confident they were protected. But, when I got the 5c I didn't want to cover up and hide the color so I checked these reviews and saw how positive the reviews were. I took a chance and I couldn't be happier. I've only had it a few weeks but so far, I love it. I've dropped it on concrete a few times and not a scratch. It slips in my pocket easily and is comfortable to hold. Don't hesitate to purchase this case. It's fantastic. Also, shipping was super quick. I really love Otterbox!

I got a new iPhone 5C and knew I wanted an Otterbox because of the reputable protection. I didn't really like the Defender or Commuter series because they looked larger/bulkier and had ill-fitting screen protectors. So I went with the Symmetry series and I love it. It fits perfectly on my phone; all the ports, buttons, and camera are accessible and work with the case on. I have dropped my phone once from waist level onto tile and neither the phone nor the case received a scratch. It's easy to pop the case on and not difficult to remove. I went with Apple Green and it's perfect. The case isn't heavy and fits well in my hand, and its thinness also allows me to put my phone in my back pocket which is nice.
