My second Infuser (and my fourth espresso machine), it delivers top quality espresso every time. The features I like best are the programmable shot (I like mine a little larger than an Italian shot) and the notification that it's time to clean by using a tablet.

Great machine for the money

I have had this machine for several years now and it makes great espresso. Just make sure you clean it like the instructions say and you will have no problems! The frothing wand makes really good foam.

I've had this machine for several years

It makes an amazing cup of espresso. I've had some issues, the steam wand no longer works, but I'm just frothing my milk another way. The important thing is that this machine makes a great cup of coffee and has for a few years now. I'm finally looking for a replacement and I've come back to Breville.

I have 2 of these machines. They make a good consistent latte every day. I chose this machine over one that grinds coffee b/c space was an issue. Customer service is excellent they are available to answer any and all questions you might have.

Had this espresso maker for 6 years

I've had this machine for many, many years and it's been nothing but great.
The water capacity is great to not need to fill it too frequently, the espresso itself pulls great, unless you're using suboptimal beans/grind. The hot water feature is great, everything with this machine has been just great for me.
I did have a problem about 2 years ago that needed to get the machine serviced. I bought another one of these because of how well I love it, and then realized that Breville would fix it! It was pretty fast too, so now I have 2 of these beasts in my house, and I assumed this late that it would crap out so I'd have to go to the other machine, but we keep going strong!
