Pros: Well built, solid heavy filter and handle Easy to use (Once you get the hang of it) Pressure meter helpful
Cons: To get proper heat, it can take upto 20 minutes for parts to warm up Temperature can be increased a few degrees but does not save when restarted No temp gauge Purges a lot of water so tray fills to quick
I owned a cafe roma for 15 years (its still working btw) and was fine but I couldn't get cafe quality pulls wit pressurized cups and no pressure gauge was a challenge. Now my shots and flat whites are as good as my local (30min away) specialty espresso shop. Love it and it was just the right price for the features.
Our last espresso machine died after about a decade of good work. We did a quick bit of research and chose the Infuser. It makes me happy that our last one gave out! the Infuser is easy to operate, looks wonderful, and most importantly draws an excellent expression! I am also impressed with the milk steamer, the foam texture is perfect.
The water capacity is too small for my three coffees a day and the drip tray doesn’t hold much, but I live the coffee. Way better than the Bambino.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My family gifted me this machine. We have been using it daily for 6 months. We now make better espresso than the shops. Pair it with a reputable grinder & go. The directions for use are simple, clear, and to the point. The compact size is perfect. It is easy to keep clean. I couldn’t be happier!
When the first infuser I purchased finally gave out, the people at Breville Customer Service helped me through the process of getting a new one. I could not be happier.
