Great machine! But I’m still using two steak knives to turn the “hot water/steam knob”. The machine was sent in for a knob adjustment (difficult to turn) and returned without an adjustment.
This is my third coffee maker. We like the size, the easy use of it. This time we purchased a warranty. First and second tanks leaked after a few years of usage. Even though we know of this potential issue, we still like it a lot! Use it daily, clean it monthly! Froth is wonderful, hot water is great, and most importantly it neatly sits on the counter. You will enjoy it. Customer care is great with Breville.
Great machine. Only complaint is low pressure issues. Have trouble constantly with low pressure.

I have had my Breville Infuser for 4 years, making 3-5 excellent lattes every day. Problem free. Never an issue. This machine is a tank. Solid, reliable, easy to use and makes a great product. Mine is red and it rocks.

I've had the Infuser for almost ten years now and it's still going well. Love my little machine. I really like this paired down option and it doesn't take up very much counter space. Scale build up is a very real issue but now that I have a better maintenance schedule, it's going on like a champ. Scale build up is an issue for any coffee maker, so be sure to find a system that works for you

I bought this 8 years ago and have at least one espresso from it every day day…..I’m writing this while it self cleans….Have had such a good experience that Breville is now my first choice when looking for other appliances. Bought the toaster oven too. Keep up the good work Breville!

Very disappointed in this machine. It pulled shots ok and all that but the steam wand has been an issue since I purchased it. The process to steam milk is cumbersome to say the least. The turning it on to prime and waiting for what feels like a lifetime when you’re standing there in the morning, then having to turn it off and get your milk under there in like 6 seconds and turning it back on before it purges. Not something I want to be having to time out to the second in that scenario. Then after that it would take forever to steam enough milk just for a regular latte. By the time it was hot enough, it had about doubled in volume from the amount of water from the “steam”. I was dealing with all that because I usually just steam a little heavy cream for my espresso anyway and had given up on offering lattes to guests. Well then, after a little over a year, the wand just stopped producing steam at all. It would try and I heard the pumping but it was just a stream of water that never turned to steam and when I would turn it back to standby, the water would continue coming out of the wand. Maybe it was busted to begin with because I cleaned it when the light told me to but it never told me to descale so when I tried that as a fix, maybe it was already too late. Who knows. Just very disappointed because I had high hopes when I purchased it and had wanted an espresso machine for so long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have purchased three breville espresso machines and two different models for three locations. All have worked flawlessly. Keep your unit clean by flushing regularly and it will be kind to you! I had one small leak on one unit, I sent it back to Breville for repair and the issue was repaired and returned within 2 weeks.
