I love this machine and Breville's toaster oven. This machine makes great lattes and has all of the bells and whistles. I have owned a fully stainless one for many years and it has worked well. I gave it to my daughter and I just purchased a new one in black. It looks good, but the all stainless is sturdier. Both work well and I would highly recommend either one.
