We love the Infuser! It's a great next step for us in terms of price, quality and complexity. It's easy to use, and the little extras (like the hot water dispenser, which we use more frequently than we thought we would, and the storage drawer for filters and other tools) make it a fun and useful machine. It makes great espresso, and of course we use it for cappuccino, too. So far, we've cleaned it once, and the process couldn't be easier. We have other Breville products and have come to appreciate the quality of the brand.

Makes really great expresso, lattes, etc. Infuses perfectly making velvety crema and does a very nice job creating smooth micro foam. Super simple to operate and doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. This is our second Infuser expresso machine. The first one lasted over ten years and couldn’t be repaired so Breville replaced it for free! Yahoo!

I've had the machine for 5 years +/- and it's great. The one time I called Breville for a suggestion they were super nice and helpful. I have a bunch of their products and they all work great and have lasted for years.
