Tender hot beef sandwiches - great steamed vegetables - very good chicken and gravy - it does a lot of things and well. I really like it - timing is something you have to learn as it takes a while to heat up - but all like any cooking on any surface you learn it easily. I love it

I was gifted this and absolutely love it. My first unit suffered an unfortunate failure that seemed to be irrecoverable. Breville support was on top of it and sent a new unit without question and was very easy to work with. I would buy this knowing Breville stands by their products. I assume this was an uncommon failure and won't happen again.

Great product, except for the silicone gasket. It often spends 10 min heating up, starting a pressure cycle only to say “Lid not sealed.” So open it up, wipe it just to make sure, and more often than not, it works fine the next time. I have replaced the seal once, without much difference.

Love it! Great multi cooker. Use it all the time for pressure cooking, slow cooking, etc. It is a great space saver. What I absolutely love is no longer having to monitor my pressure cooker on the stove. This one does the pressure release, timing, etc etc.
