We’ve had this unit now for over 4 years and it gets used at least 5 to 7 times a week for everything from rice, to beans and stews. Yes, it does make risotto perfectly so I can focus on other things while getting a meal on the table.

I am so glad we still have the option to buy this Breville item. I bought my first 7 years ago. I am gifting the older one to my college student. Although they can never keep this in stock lets you know how good it works. I will buy a new one soon as it comes available. It makes my collard greens and stems are well cooked. That is just one of the many things I cook with it.
