I owned the previous Breville presser cooker. This is by far the easiest pressures cooker I have ever used. 1st thing i made was Pork short. Ribs I added 1/2 bottle of Waltons BBQ sauce ( no caliries, no sugar, no fat sauce. Then I added 1 bottle of ale and Cajun seasoning. In 40 minutes it separated from the bone. Tender and sweet. Too easy, excellent product!

this appliance really saved my life and a lot of worries of what my kids will eat when they arrive home from school. i've made, stew, soups, meat, fish, etc. because of my long working hours, my kids always used to order take out and couldn't figure out what to have ready for them when home from school. i went thru a lot of slow cookers, but this is the best. it cooks fast and it also cooks slow. pick whichever you want. i was able to make lunch for mother's day in 40 minutes and it was perfect. Breville appliances are the best.

I've been using this cooker for two years daily, twice a day, I can't say enough how happy I am with this product. I have four other Breville appliances and I am super happy with all of them!

Wow! Nice features, impressive design, but best of all... Easy! You will not be disappointed!
This has become our most used kitchen appliance to make everything from hard boiled eggs, to pot roast, to pork chops and baby back ribs. In fact we have two of them. One at our house in Florida, and a second at our vacation home in Minnesota. The Breville has easy to understand controls to help easily input the proper settings for your meal. The pressure relief button is on the control panel allowing easy release with out the danger of burning your finger. Easy to use, easy to clean.
I loved the original until it finally stopped heating up after 6 years. Breville replaced it with this pro version and I'm impressed with the ability to release steam without burning my hand as well as the preset modes. I've thawed chicken, sautéed and made risotto so far and no issues. I am a devout Breville fan!
Love this and use nearly everyday. Am new to pressure cooking. One thing I do not like is the open bottom when the pot is out. Since the pot is the same color I have accidentally poured beans in and ruined one pot when they went down the hole. Your great customer service replaced it. But I different color pot world help!
