I replaced my old crock pot with the Fast Slow Pro and this machine does it all! I made vegetable stock this week... it turned out great. Winter stews next. Once everything is in the pot you can walk away and leave it to do its magic.

I am so glad we still have the option to buy this Breville item. I bought my first 7 years ago. I am gifting the older one to my college student. Although they can never keep this in stock lets you know how good it works. I will buy a new one soon as it comes available. It makes my collard greens and stems are well cooked. That is just one of the many things I cook with it.
