I bought this deebot a few months ago. Since then we have used the deebot most days. I have downloaded the app and scheduled cleaning programs. The deebot is so easy to use and picks up dust and fluff so easily.

Great suction, cleaning and a relatively quite vacuum. However, it tends to get stuck in the weirdest places and struggles to find its way back to its charging base when done vacuuming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good floor cleaning robot for hardwood floors. Easy to use and control with in phone app. I like that goes back to the charging station to recharge on it's own. I also like the daily cleaning time when I'm not home. I would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and it was my first robot vacuum. I don't know where it finds all the dirt!! We are clean people with no kids or pets! I spent the first few times just watching it to see what it would do. I liked that it would go in rows on my floors so it wouldn't miss too many spots. It did have a hard time doing the other side of my island bar but eventually came back later to finish around it. There were some spots that it did miss however. It has never had a hard time finding the charger for me. I have a really hard house with lots of hallways, angles and furniture so I was worried a robot vac without mapping would work. It does a good job but for my house plan a mapping one probably would have been better. No reflection on this unit. I like the mopping feature even though it is a light mopping. We don't have animals or lots of dirt so it is great! I haven't mopped or vacuumed my floors for 3 weeks except with the Deebot. I do wish it did rows on the carpet as this is how I vacuum regularly. I have to move it to each floor to do its work. I would recommend this product to a friend.
