[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for vacuuming and mopping hardwood floors. Slow on thick carpets and tends to tangle with wires easily. Easy to use app, but gets disconnected from WiFi from time to time. Overall a great little cleaning robot if you have mostly hardwood floors.

too many problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this as a warranty replacement for my M88 that stopped operating at scheduled times. Unfortunately it performs worse than the M88 which had better app remote functions, better performance as a vacuum, and worked well on high carpets and hardwood floors, maneuvered better around objects, and just generally less likely to get stuck than the OZMO160. Except for the scheduling glitch. The OZMO160 keeps stopping mid vacuum no matter charge level and has trouble syncing up with app. It also doesn't show battery life while in use. Gets stuck way more often on cords and in tight spaces. It also struggles on higher pile carpet that the M88 did not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have had for about a month. Vacuum suction is good. Gets confused in large open areas. As long as you put it in a room and close the door it works well. Phone app is handy. Overall worth money but not perfect.
