Great however it falls down stairs and gets stuck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second EcoVacs robot and it has been great, other than it continually falls down the stairs, gets stuck on small ledges and sometimes can not find home before the battery dies.
This is our second vacuum and the first one did not seem to have these problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The DEEBOT has anti-drop sensors which detect when the robot is over a ledge and helps it safely back away. Long learning curve, but good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got it to substitute another model which sadly had issues. First week had to get it to the charger coz it got lost, frequently. Now with two cats it got the floorplan right, after only 3 months of biweekly use.
Absorbs well (as in "vacuum power"). Good with obstacles, going around them. Got the idea I wanted to clean the room the charger is at only, had to "educate" that was not the plan by starting it in another room (total 3 + 2 baths).
Also, it's white. Dunno why. Like shinny very white. Looks luxurious for sucking cat litter the cats sprinkle everywhere.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great but needs some tuning

Battery lasts long enough to do my whole 1st floor on high settings, however it does miss a few areas which isn't too big a deal. Had to reset it a few times to get it to reprogram the areas it missed. The app is Handy but it doesn't initially recognize the vacuum, and sometimes stops the moping function when it's closed.
I would recommend this to a friend!
