[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model doesn't support room mapping, and it routinely misses half of a room. It does clean our hard woods well, but our floor plan just doesn't work well with this model. If you have things like an island in your kitchen, or columns it will cause this unit to miss large portions of the room.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While the robot does not have the ability to keep separate maps of individual rooms, it can create a map of the entire floor on the ECOVACS Home app. After that, the advanced features such as virtual boundaries and area cleaning can be used. We purchased a Deebot, it broke and it was replaced. The reason there is not 5 stars is the replacement is not listed on app for connection. Took alot of work to set up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this robot as a replacement about a month ago, and it works like a charm! I have two dogs, and with this robot I can walk around my house in black socks all day and they will have only a few hairs on them after. It also includes the mopping feature which has made my floors shine like new again! Would highly recommend this deebot to anyone looking to help with pet hair or even just regular dirt and dust. 10/10!

It tried to "mop" my carpeting... when it tried to mop the floor, the same amount of water was in the reservoir no matter how long it spent trying.
