Long learning curve, but good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got it to substitute another model which sadly had issues. First week had to get it to the charger coz it got lost, frequently. Now with two cats it got the floorplan right, after only 3 months of biweekly use.
Absorbs well (as in "vacuum power"). Good with obstacles, going around them. Got the idea I wanted to clean the room the charger is at only, had to "educate" that was not the plan by starting it in another room (total 3 + 2 baths).
Also, it's white. Dunno why. Like shinny very white. Looks luxurious for sucking cat litter the cats sprinkle everywhere.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great however it falls down stairs and gets stuck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second EcoVacs robot and it has been great, other than it continually falls down the stairs, gets stuck on small ledges and sometimes can not find home before the battery dies.
This is our second vacuum and the first one did not seem to have these problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The DEEBOT has anti-drop sensors which detect when the robot is over a ledge and helps it safely back away. Over the years, I’ve owned 3 Roombas and a Neato. I bought this Deebot purely for the price/value. This vacuum operates more like the Neato in the way that it senses the room without running into things like the Roomba. I am amazed at the amount and size of things it picks up. My puppy shreds cardboard and it picks up large bits of it that I miss without a hiccup. I also like the app and the scheduling functions. The only drawbacks are with the mopping function and it doesn’t always return to its base to charge. The mopping function works ok to maintain already clean floors. I still need to steam/mop my floors regularly. For some reason, it takes my mop several days to use the water. While it’s good to refill it less, it simply doesn’t clean without enough water! I’d rather refill it more often so I wouldn’t have to go behind it to mop my floors.
