Our apartment gets SO dusty and I used to have to vacuum and then mop our hardwood floors otherwise you’d see the shadow of dust and with DEEBOT (yes we actually call him that lol) our floors have seriously never been so clean. Our original vacuum hasn’t been used in months because this one is so incredible. Don’t hesitate.

However, most of the time, it will get stuck in a loop and continuously circulate in one location. I constantly have to move all chairs out the way and control the device manually.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The DEEBOT Ozmo 610 uses Smart Cleaning Path technology which allows the unit to follow an advanced back and forth cleaning pattern for a more systematic clean. If the unit is circulating in one area, please check that nothing is stuck in the bumper of the DEEBOT, that the anti-drop sensors on the bottom of the unit have been wiped clean of any accumulated dust, and that no hair or debris have tangled itself around the driving wheels. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has made our house so much nicer to walk into after work. Our DEEBOT starts her morning during the week when we leave the house. She begins her morning at 7:30 and strolls around the house for about an hour and 45 minutes. Sometimes she gets tired and falls asleep before she returns to base so I have to pick her up and return her home. This is a minor inconvenience. Well worth the purchase.

Overall, I love the performance & ability to include a preprogrammed cleaning schedule. We moved into their new home in November. The main level & my terrace suite have hardwood & stained concrete floors. I purchased a 2nd Deebot as family Christmas gift.
I would like the wet mop to be able to use a cleaning product & to dry faster. Otherwise, very happy with my purchases.
