[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Deebot as a birthday gift and is is the best gift i have ever gotten. I literally removed vacuuming from my daily to do list and replaced it with empty Deebot. The suction power is phenomenal, i have 2 dogs and it gets all of the pet hair and dander off of my carpet and laminate floors. It also gets the corners and goes from floor to area rugs with no problem.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Runs at odd angles, routinely gets stuck on area rugs that we have on our hardwood floors. Cleans well when it runs but more work than I expected. Can’t run it while not at home because of above listed issues.

Does good on wood floors. Ok on carpet. Pretty good suction. App connection is great. Never gets back to its charger. Gets stuck and runs forever in corners and edge of furniture. Haven’t tried mop function yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the M88 and this unit is taller and doesn't get under my furniture. In addition, there is not a perimeter cleaning (fewer cleaning options than M88), so this is a drawback. Further, it wasn't able to find its way home/charger when the battery was low like the M88. The app plug-in for this model is much less responsive than the M88. Further, it has a smaller ledge/transition climb ability than the M88 and often got stuck and just kept trying on the same spot to the extent of rubbing marks into our light carpet that we now cannot get out. It isn't smart enough to know when to stop when it can get out of the jamb it is in. That being said, it appears the wet cleaning is better than the M88. With only that advantage and that not being what we primarily bought it for (we first and foremost need a vacuum cleaner), I cannot recommend it over other vacuum/mopping models that Ecovacs puts out. We returned it and kept the M88 (that it was to replace).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We thought we'd give the robot vacuum a try and notied this model will mop as well so we bought it. We ran this thing every day for a week on each level of our home and it amazed us how much stuff it picked up every day. It works great on both hardwood and carpet for vacuuming and the mopping feature worked great. We're thinking we may buy a second one so we don't have to move it from floor to floor.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a couple months ago and so far so good. If you have a dog it’s great. You can take out the roller and just have straight up suction. This is great so you are not constantly cleaning hair out if the roller. Relatively quiet and low enough to get under the couch and the toe plate area of the kitchen cabinets.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had originally purchased the N79 as a kind of let’s see what this can do. I loved it. I then purchased the Ozmo610 for the Alexa connectivity and thought why not the one that mops. This was a mistake. It constantly gets stuck in doorways, doesn’t pick up as much stuff, the mopping feature won’t turn off (I shut off the smart move ve made as directed) so it doesn’t do a great job on carpet so I have to take off the mopping cloth and lastly doesn’t respond well to the remote or the phone app. But I gave the N79 away so stuck with this one. Maybe it will improve as it leans my floor plan.
