[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually bought a different Deebot and it stopped working so it was replaced with the OZMO610. I actually liked the interface of the first one better and the mopping feature on either is terrible. It cannot identify if it's on carpet or tile and is not worth the purchase. I would much rather have paid more for a better unit than either of these. Ecovacs customer service however, is very good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback. While the Ozmo 610 will not avoid carpeting, the robot has sensors to automatically switch to mopping mode or stop dampening the cloth when on carpeting. I received this as a warranty replacement for the M88 model. M88 model had scheduling glitches. This is my 2nd replacement and it never makes it back to the charger. Cleans fine I guess if it would finish cleaning and make it back to charger. Just stops mid cycle for no apparent reason. No obstructions in its way. Nothing stuck in its wheels. Just stops and sits there. Plus the app is very glitchy.
