Check reviews on google play and apple store. This vacuum is using 16 year old wifi technology and doesn't work with many routers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great with one exception. As of now, it is not smart enough to memorize multiple floor plans. My house (like most) has multiple levels. I'm not going to buy one vacuum for each. You should be able to buy multiple docking stations and the vacuum should be smart enough to handle multiple floor plans. The workaround involves deleting the floor plan every time I move it to another level. The drawback is that the device has to remap the place and until that is done I can't use virtual walls or direct it to clean only a certain area.
Otherwise, it is very efficient and effective at learning a new floor plan and cleaning it. Because of the navigation feature, it is very methodical in its cleaning.

I bought this since it had good reviews and was cheaper than roomba. I was nervous it wasn’t going to do what I wanted. It’s absolutely amazing! It gets all the pet hair from carpet and hardwood floor, the mapping feature and schedule feature are SO convenient! It has a little trouble on light weight bathroom rugs but besides that it is the best vacuum we’ve had ever!

I wish you could move it between floors and have separate maps for each floor. Or ways to make minor corrections to the map. Or to change the direction of the pattern that it follows. But it works if you pick up the throw rugs and move the chairs. We had to set up a virtual wall around the rocking recliner because it would keep getting stuck under there as it would push the recliner forward only to have it rock back and pin it.
Getting it to pair with my phone took multiple tries and much frustration. Better instructions would be helpful.

Bought this little gem almost one month ago.... My impression... Can't belive I waited so long... It's really helpful, doing it's work as advertised. I know lot of people will complain about the fact that might get jammed in cables or under furniture, well you have to understand the limitations and create a proper access for it to do his job. I'm really satisfied with it, still needs some improvements especially on the software, like saving map(s) in the mobile, mapping multiple floors etc.
