[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a wedding gift, and put it to use in my new home. If you lift or manually move the robot, it has to restart the whole tedious learning process over.
If you home is too large it cannot map the house correctly and will restart. If they fix this problem, this would be a perfect product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these vacuums and they clean great! The only issue I have is one of them hooks up to both apps, and the other only hooks up to one. The reason it is important they both hook up to both apps is because one of them allows me to choose and area not to clean. Please fix it!!!!

Thank you for the review. To avoid the problem of the main brush getting tangled, try using the direct suction plate instead of the main brush option. Simply remove the main brush cover and main brush and attach the direct suction plate in its place. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product 3 weeks ago, while I love the map feature and operating the device remotely is such an amazing functionality. But it easily also get struck at certain spots which is very annoying!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] very good bot in comparison with other brand. This model is not easy to use for multi floor homes. New models have camera that prevent this bot hit the furnitures and damage them. The app is really good and help you manage and run device easily.

I've had my new DeeBot for a while now. It's definitely better than the older models, which I have two. Once the bot mapped out the house I was able to use the "virtual boundary" tool for places I didn't want it to go. Right now I've got the area around the Christmas tree blocked. Also my house is very large and long, so I have the bedroom half virtually blocked. I use my older DeeBot to clean the bedroom areas. This robot does a pretty good job except I really need a larger dirt bin. I have 5 dogs, so poor little DeeBot gets full pretty quickly. I will say, the new design is great. It is easier to empty the dirt bin than the other previous bots. I am pleased with the newest of the Ecovac DeeBots. Keep up the good work! Your designs just get better and better!!
