[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Broke and had to have replaced after 3 months. One big wheels that used to move forward and back on the side stopped rotating so just went in circles.

Pretty good, but still some improvements needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product about a month and a half ago. For the most part, this is a very good product. It follows where it has already been in the house and keeps track of points that it may have missed, so every inch of the reachable house gets vacuumed every day.
It inconsistently has trouble getting over one of our floor lips, from the hallway (hardwood floor) to the kitchen (tile floor). Some days it hops over it just fine, other days it gets stuck, attempts to get out, and the pauses and asks for someones help getting out of the stuck situation. I'm not sure why this only happens on certain days.
It seems to randomly lose my map, which I have yet to figure out the reason for. So it has remapped our house various times. It also seems to lose map records if you turn it off and back on. I would expect it to keep my map even if the device is turned off for a few hours.
It also seems to rarely display as "online" in the app. I have to click multiple times and then it seems to wake up and show as online. It's not very consistent with what brings it online though. Sometimes I click once, it comes online and I can access it from my app. Othertimes, I can click ten times, restart the app, click ten more times, and it still does not come online.
The basics of what it is supposed to do are great, but there are small parts of the product that could be improved upon.

After doing research and evaluating the competition, Ecovacs Deebot 901 offered the best features (battery life, laser mapping, etc...) for its price. Works around areas so it doesn’t get stuck in the same places. This works much better than the m80 pro I had. It links to the app much better also.
