[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this unit for several months. We replaced a Roomba. The first use we noticed right away it was much more quiet than the roomba. The roomba seemed to last longer before recharging. Both the Deebot and Roomba spend alot of time going over areas that had already been cleaned. The phone app is way better than the Roomba and can block off areas were the Deebot will get stuck with lines and squares on the mopping units but the lesser Deebot models can only draw boxes and not straight lines to block off areas. Strongly recommend you just clean the floors yourself and buy the model without the mopping feature because it is a poor system at best it just doesn't do a decent job.I started with a mopping unit and returned it but stayed with Deebot just vacuum only. I have recommended to friends for the vacuum but not a model with the mopping feature. Not much out there for troubleshooting if weird problems arise that I could find
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have now had the vacuum for a month. Its operation is perfect. It works amazingly well and very efficient. We have a Roomba and a Shark robotic vacuum for other parts of the house, but this one covers over 60% of the house and with its mapping feature it never misses anything. The dirt chamber is so easy to remove and empty. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for the perfect automated vacuum.
Bought for my wife for her birthday. She has been asking for one for a while. The vacuum started great but after about 3 weeks it started to have trouble finding the docking station and when it does some times is doesnt line up where it charges. I am trying to be optimistic thinking it will get better however we are almost to the point of returning the vacuum and getting a new one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago. It cleans good as long as the battery is charged. The charging wouldn’t last more than 55-70min. I should have spent another $150 to get a better one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought my product about two months ago and I am so happy I did. I schedule it to clean when I’m at work and it does a great job and looks perfectly clean when I come home. I like the fact that it maps out what it’s clean so far. I previously had a roomba that just bounced around and got lost. I also like he weighs basket on top for easy removal. I love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, the deebot presented many challanges. It would not log onto the network needing dedicated 2.4ghz. After getting it finally log into network, it would not keep the map in memory after taking scan of floor. Without the floor plan working it would not come out. After re-doing floor plan a few times we gave up on unit and returned it. On a positive note, it did pick up dirt fairly well
