[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from another robotic vacuum after finding a deal on Costco's website. We had no idea how wonderful it would be to have a robotic vacuum that maps the house and cleans systematically. Our dogs and our toddler are no longer scared of the unpredictability of a vacuum that bounces from area to area. It recognizes when it is about to run into something and gently cleans around it. My husband watched it map our house for the first time it ran and was amazed. The canister is a little small because of our two dogs that shed, but otherwise, we love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This robot vac replaced my Roomba and Neato, both of which cleaned very well but each does have its particular issues. Roombas took too long as it cleaned in a random pattern and the Neato, although cleaned well with its laser navigation, it would get stuck often. My Deebot 901 has worked much better with its mapping of the whole house flooring. I can now monitor where it has cleaned and with my iphone. I can get notifications of any issues. The actual cleaning of the floors is excellent, which the most important feature of a vacuum. I am also very happy with the excellent customer service which patiently answered many questions. Overall, I would consider buying another one for my second story floor.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 900 model for its enhanced navigation skills but it was a step in the wrong direction compared to my older DEEBOT. I had the unit for one week, and despite limiting its are of work to just living rooms and pre cleaning the floor it always found different ways to get itself stuck. For example under a rocker/recliner chair it would go the extra mile to push itself under the chair using its extensible wheel height, just to get stuck there, and many other places. Returned after a week and will continue to use my old deebot until something better comes up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the ease of vacuuming now especially with google assistant. Just say "hey google, start the vacuum." And that's it! Vacuum has great suction and goes from hardwood to rugs to carpet with ease. Our only complaint so far is it won't go under the couches. The main body would fit but they made an elevated round part on the top of the vacuum that keeps it from going under. Oh well at least the rest of the house looks great!

The mapping technology is very cool to see in action and it does a pretty decent job of cleaning up after our 3 young kiddos. We have it set to clean our 1800 square foot lower level but it doesn’t usually make it in one charge. We do find that we need to be around when it’s vacuuming in case it gets stuck. Sometimes our rugs trip it up but not always s overall, great fur the price. Love that it’s got smart mapping technology with an app and can be controlled with Alexa.
