[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this Deebot 907 after we had purchased our Deebot 937 to clean our second story floors. The cleaning algorithm appears to be different from our 937, but it developed a thorough map and cleans the entire upstairs floors. The lower profile allows it to clean under certain furniture that is not possible with our 937. We like the performance of the unit - the only drawback seems to be with battery life. The best we have ever seen is 89 minutes whereas with our 937 we routinely see between 105 - 110 minutes. The unit is a great complement to our 937 and both bots greatly simplify our lives. With uprights or built-in vacuums we would spend a couple of hours once a week to vacuum the house - now all we do is set the program and they clean once a day or twice a day. Our floors have never felt so clean!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went into this with low expectations but overall it has been a good vacuum. I like the mapping and it does pretty good with this. What we don’t like it that it will sometimes get stuck on certain carpets that are shorter than longer ones it will have no issues with. Also sometimes when it finds itself in a tight spot it will continue to repeat the same movements to get out and not try new ones, so it stays stuck. It should use the laser to tell which way is the right path.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third one I have tried. The other two would not charge. Third one does not save charging is completed but I can see that the battery is full so can live with that. I can map the whole house but have trouble getting It to clean the whole house all the time. Sometimes it does and other times jumps all over. Usually it finds its docking place and other times says it is docked and then I find him some other place. It is just not reliable. I am debating talking it back and trying another brand. With three and none working right I think I have given this brand a fan chance to get me one that would work like it should.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello,
We're sorry to hear the DEEBOT has been acting up. If you could please reach out to us at customerservice@ecovacs.com attention Steve we'll be happy to help diagnose and troubleshoot these issues right away.
I bought this one month ago and it was working great until now it keeps stopping in the middle of it’s work for no reason. It has gotten somewhat better since yesterday but still not working correctly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not allowed to have pets in my apartment, so instead, I bought a Deebot, and put googley eyes on it. His name is Francis and I love him.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two dogs a toddler and 2 other children at home. I LOVE this little robot. It's like magic. Cleans tile and carpets amazingly well. Only thing is it doesn't tell you when the dirt compartment is full. It should be emptied after each use. And I usually have to take the brush assembly put each time to cut all the hair off it. Both of these are pretty easy to do with the design of the machine just takes a couple minutes. But it saves me hours in housework. I love love love it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bot does a pretty good job of keeping the floors clean. We have it run three days a week and have only had it get stuck twice in the past month. I think it pinned itself in a corner by running into a chair, although this was unusual. The floor we have it cleaning is about 90% hard, and 10% carpet. It does pretty good around the table and chairs, but does get confused at times with the thin legs of the chairs.
