[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The robot begins with a scan of the house (that you can then see on the app to create different spaces and virtual walls) and then does a quite optimal path to cover everything. It is great that it can work with Alexa (with a command like "begin cleaning") and the app is also nice, you can for instance program the schedule to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the vacuum cleaner. Setting up mapping has been difficult. But once set up it’s awesome. Just don’t move the robot without pausing it or move charging station. Sometimes the map would disappear and would have to start over.

The mapping is a great feature as it allows you to focus clean on certain areas, kitchen, front door etc and also avoid areas where the bot gets stuck. We use two units on a 4200sq ft house, the mapping feature doesn’t allow you to pick from saved maps, so using it on two levels for example means it would need to remap and that is t practical. sometimes loose the front brushes and the initial mapping is hard because it needs a clean run to create the map. This required us to put tape and paper on low level windows as the bot thought the outside was part of the room and kept getting stuck. Once the maps created you can block off the areas. All in all it’s a lot more advanced than our old Neato and does a great job.
