[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ...being able to say to your wife, I told you so. She was so sure that this was just going to be another one of my toys. I think, for her, the best part of owning our Ecovac Deebot vacuum is the entertainment value. For the first week, she followed it all over the house giggling. For me, the value is, I have to vacuum a lot less. I guess the best thing I can say about the vacuum he is, it works exactly as advertised. I've scheduled it to run every other week morning at 9 am. And like clockwork, she starts right up and goes about her business. She runs from 65 to 90 minutes on each charge. She always returns to her docking station to recharge with no difficulty. About three hours later, when she's fully charged, she takes off and finishes starting where she left off. By the way, did I say that we named her DD.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never thought I’d own one of these. I love it! It exceeded my expectations. It maps out your floor space and creates a specific cleaning path you can also follow on your iPhone. One charge will clean about 3/4 of our 2000 sq ft home. When battery is running low, it automatically returns to its charging station. Once it has re charged, it then returns to the spot it stopped and finishes the job. It also talks to you, letting you know if it’s stuck, when he’s returning to his station (ours is named Wilson) and when he’s headed out to finish where he left off. BTW, we bought is Ecovac and a Roomba. Needed to try both because I’m fussy about a clean space. This one WON our vote!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the 900 to offset the two 801 pros that I have. Wondering how the bump and go compared to mapping. Was very intrigued by the mapping technology and was not disappointed! I love it that you can pick areas to clean and where to avoid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two vacs at the same time. The shark IQ and Deebot 901. I can tell you that the 901 is much more intelligent at map creation and cleaning than the shark model. If Deebot adds the self cleaning option, I am buying immediately. I still leave the majority of the cleaning to the Deebot, which was not the plan upon purchase because of the self cleaning feature. But after running both for over a month, the Deebot does a much better job.

It cleans ok. The app changes, told I had to update it or lose options on old app. They couldn’t get new app working so I am stuck with a basic vacuum. Has trouble finding “home” more then I would like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using our deebot almost daily for about 3 months now. Its been a huge time saver with 2 dogs and a toddler. It does a great job and I love being able to vacuum my house from work, the grocery store or bed! The map feature is great. But would appreciate if you could save more than one map for multi level homes. The app is faulty at times, and wants to remap our home too frequently which can be frustrating which is why it was given 4 stars and not 5, but aside that we love it!
