I am so satisfied with my Deebot, it does a great job cleaning my whole apartment, and I was shocked at how much it picked up its first few times. It's very easy to use as well, and the app is so cool being able to see the map and where it has cleaned.

Bought this approximately one month ago ,so far working great, was a little hard to adjust no vac zones on map but am getting better at it.Never had one of these before but wish we had. We have a Husky who sheds constantly and so far it has done a great job on the tumbleweeds of hair. We just wish we could save a current map, when Deebot is shutoff you lose the current map and have to redo all the no vac zones . This day and age you would think you would be able too. Hope they upgrade this so you can .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Robot running every other day for the past months, and I have to say, it is the best purchase I've made once in a while. It clean up the entire floor on schedule every time. It certainly pickup items that I missed when I was using the traditional vacuum stick! You can customize it to only do the work in certain zone of the house and block out any zone you want. I watched it carefully navigates from its docking location all the way through many door to reach the spot it needs to vacuum. This freaking thing is so smart! And on top of that, it is extremely affordable. Absolutely love it!

I'm astonish of the suction power (and it's set up in standar), it's a GREAT investment and allows me to add a couple of hours to my "me" time a week... :)

Spent hours trying to work with a neurotic robot

I bought this a couple of months ago and spent hours and hours trying to get it to work right. It wouldn't charge so I had to learn to reboot the charger. It kept going offline. It mapped the house and then would clean in one area of the house and then go to the other area without finishing its first task. Sometimes it would clean the same spot 10 times. Don't waste your money.

Can be improved

I found it is hard to get it back to charging dock unless I use the App, otherwise, clicking the button would just make it pause. Also it is hard to adjust the route as it is very "determined" if it wants to go or not. The route is also not optimized for long but narrow area, when the robot is scheduled to make a lot of U-turns along the short edge.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, the auto button on the top of the robot is only for starting and stopping the robot in auto mode. The unit can be sent home using the ECOVACS Home app or using the Alexa or Google Home commands.

I have tried to make this thing work for us for a month or two and I am so frustrated with it. It will not clean more than the room closest to the charger if the map doesn't work, that's where the problem occurs. The map looks fine after the first time you reset the map, then it will shift a little bit every time after that, so it keeps trying to push through furniture or stops short of other obstacles, pretty much have to sit and babysit the thing every time. I didn't get this thing for entertainment purposes. I had an N79s that just randomly went around and would prefer that because at least it would go till the battery was out then park itself.
