[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The DEEBOT is a deep cleaning machine. My wife and I were surprised by the amount of grime that the little machine can collect. We've been using a regular vacuum cleaner and thought our carpets and flooring were clean, but the DEEPOT really let us know that there was still a lot of crime left after we cleaned. Part of this is because the DEEPOT can reach places that our regular vacuum can't. This said, the DEEPOT is not perfect. We use the app and like it. It shows the floor plan and you can tell the DEEPOT to clean some areas and not others. You can also tell the little guy (He's become part pet in a way) to go home, meaning back to the charge station, which he will do. But, sometimes the DEEPOT gets confused and spins in circles and asks for help. And, the little guy can get stuck when trying to get under spaces where he doesn't fit. But, all in all, it is certainly easier and more efficient for us to use the DEEPOT than our old vacuum cleaner.

We brought home a new puppy about a year ago & totally underestimated just how much longer haired dogs shed! After months of researching the different products & features we decided that this little DEEBOT would fit our needs the best.
Our main level is all wood or tile, so I can’t say how well it does on carpet, but it does a fantastic job picking up all the hair, dirt, sand, leaves, etc. that 3 boys and a dog drag in the house everyday.
We did have some trouble getting it to divide our space into the separate “zones” & ended up needing to remap the area a couple times before it took, but now it works like a charm.
My sister has one of the fancy name brand models & this guy works just as well at a fraction of the cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a very large area to cover, with a fairly complex navigation. The run time on this thing is incredible. Eufy says it's party due to their smart navigation, and from other robot vacuums I have, I do believe that. It's the only robot vacuum that will run long enough to do the job - and on top of that, gets in done faster than the others. The mopping feature actually works pretty good - you can set where to mop and not. Seems like a tiny water container, but it will go a long way. I mean it won't scrub of course, but does clean up a little - and it will vacuum while mopping unlike other combo-machines, albeit at a lower suction. I will definitely buy another one for upstairs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will gladly purchase a DEEBOT over a Roomba after having used my DEEBOT 900 for over a month now. The mapping technology and ability to choose rooms for vacuuming set this robot vacuum apart drastically in my opinion. That being said, I do have recommendations/warnings. The mapping software is too easily erased if the robot happens to get lost. This has happened twice now and having to babysit the DEEBOT each time it needs to remap the house can be a pain. The battery life is VERY limited compared to your Roomba competitor. The DEEBOT 900 on average will last about 45 minutes before heading back to its station where-as my old Roomba 600 series can go 2 hours no problem. My last complaint is the catch bin in the DEEBOT 900 is tiny and MUST be emptied after each use which is likely subjective to the amount of muck it needs to be pick up. I have a mixed labrador who sheds a ton of hair so its expected to catch quite a bit of this, however I have no choice but to empty the bin every day otherwise its scattering hair around the house. It would be great if either the bin could be bigger or if the DEEBOT could warn you that its full.
Other than these few points; I'm very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this vacuum because I was sick of the random vacuums missing spots. I LOVE how it goes and gets the areas that hasnt been vacuumed when it's done charging. My only complaint is I wish there was a way to save the map.

We loved to features on our Deebot 900 & did a lot of research before purchasing it. However our Deebot would not save the mapping of the house. We tried 4 days in a row & became frustrated with it so we returned it. Wish it had worked out.
