I had it for about a month. It’s amazing. I turn it on every night right before sleep. Next morning, floors are clean. It works on tiles and rugs as well. However, it can only record one level floor map. I live in 2-stores home. When I clean the 2nd floor, the DEEBOT get lost and mess up the software sometimes, especially when I move the Deebot back to the charging station, it gets tricky to re-charge. Overall I’m happy with it.

Its truly a personal assistant that can independently and sensibly carry out its responsibilities. In fact, since it will interact with you, it makes you feel its part of the family. My kids have an adoring name for it.

This robot vacuum is awesome! It cleans in a pattern, and does not miss any spot. It just had some hard time while finding its base, but I figured it was due to the furniture close to the base. I removed the furniture little farther and problem was solved. It goes back to base when battery is low, and continues cleaning when charged enough. The only drawback would be the dust bin. I wish it was bigger. I empty it half way and and run it! I definitely recommend this vacuum. The price is very reasonable compared to its features!
When I first set this up, the vacuum was on the charger for several days but would not charge. Was going to box it up without ever being able to use it and return it. I tried one more time and the battery charged and I was able to use it. It worked well for about a week. (It does an awesome job of vacuuming, when it works). It's been on charge for 2 weeks and still won't work. It's getting boxed up and returned. Too bad because I think it could have been a great product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear the robot is experiencing some trouble. Please check to make sure the power switch is in the "I" position and not the "O" position. If it is in the "O" position, the unit will experience the phenomenon described here where it will appear to be charging, even though it is not.
