This is the second Deebot Ecovac shipped to me as my original 906 failed to charge after about 10 cleanings. The replacement is a 900 which is similar to the 906. However, Ecovac Home App keeps losing contact with the Deebot necessitating a complete initialization every time. Without the app the Deebot is far less useful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features and its ability to scan the room and the house layout is very impressive , there are some lags and i love how it doesn’t get stuck on small things like other vacuums but I think that they can do better with the app, firmware in the future.
The dust pan is very small and I usually need 2-3 runs to keep the floors clean after I forget to run it for couple days in a row but this is not a dealbreaker for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The mapping system was a little tricky at the beginning the key is to let it run through the whole house without stopping. Then wait till it goes to charge then the mapping system will peer on your phone. It picks up a lot of dirt in the schedule he has a one . Now every day when I come home my floor is spotless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We owned an IRobot fir years. It worked well the first couple of years. It would get caught under furniture often but not knowing anything we were okay with it. I would shut doors if I didnt want it to go into rooms. I didnt carr for the virtual wall with the wires and stuff so I never used them. Anyway it finally ate a sock and died. I did research and decided on Deebot. I'm so glad I did!!!!!! Deebot is by far way superior. She never gets caught under furniture. She cleans in straight lines, rather then all over the place bumping onto walls amd furniture. She is quiet. And most importantly I can block where she cannot go simply on the app!! I will never buy another brand!
