Love the maps but the dust bin needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 900 series to replace a 79S model because I wanted it to clean the house in an organized way. The maps feature is great and I like the way you can exclude spaces.
The only issue I have is when I clean the dust bin. There are two pieces of metal at the entrance of the bin that accumulate dust and I have to take it out with my hands, otherwise it will block the entrance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our Deebot for about 6 weeks. We bought it based on the price point and its mapping features.
GOOD:
-Ability to map the floor and determine an efficient sweep plan. We like that its not random clean. This allows for higher effeciency with longer battery per run. See pic of our map and deebot path (burst shapes are the lasers looking out the windows). You can see some virtual fences we set up too.
- Alexa connection and voice start and stop. Although, you command must be pretty specific and we don't always remember correct commands.
- The app works well and shows extents and reach of each clean session. You can also watch it real time.
- The ability to create virtual fencing on your map within the app is excellent, but takes a lot of observation while your Deebot discovers you floor plan and furniture. It has taken us about 3 weeks of cleaning to get it right.

- The debris bucket is small and often fills or clogs with our labrador dog hair mid clean session.
- The robot isn't quite as smart as you'd expect with the laser and AI capabilities. You'd think if it continues to get stuck in the same locations it would learn and avoid those areas on next sweep. Not the case - our robot fights the same furniture every time until we exclude it with virtual fencing. Unfortunately, these are often areas that need vacuuming to get the dust bunnies.
- It doesn't always dock correctly and connect for recharging and requires intervention. Stinks when you want to run Deebot and you think its charged and ready.

Overall, we use our Deebot as a maintenance device between old fashioned vacuuming. It works and is relatively reliable once you get your mapping complete with appropriate fencing. The value you get for the price is excellent.
