Worst printer I have ever owned

I have maybe been able to get this paper weight to print 2 copies since I bought it over a year ago. Most times, I just send things I need to get printed to FedEx. it is way easier and less expensive over all. Not to mention the 30 plus hours I have spent trying to get a simple document to print or scan a document into my computer. I will never buy an Epson product of any kind again. Back to a Canon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This thing is magnificent. It's very easy to setup and use. There are detailed instructions to help you through any setup process. Plus you can do all kinds of stuff on it, especially if you have the app.

I owned EPSON printers for many years and found them to provide excellent service. The one 'upgrade' I do not care for is not using real buttons on the control panel. The thin covering for all the controls makes it too easy to hit the wrong one when I'm in a hurry. Also, a bit difficult to change the font and print quality is too faint. Picture quality is perfect.
I would recommend this to a friend!
