Great Little Printer

This is my second EPSON, it does everything I need it to do. Not crazy about the way it goes thru ink but I love to print recipes and try making different things so it works out great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

All USB cords are not created equal...

I stalled when it came time to connect my HP laptop to the printer with a USB cord. Please describe the specific USB cord I apparently need to buy since none of MY USB cords fit that odd USB port on the printer. Unfortunately none of your videos show that port and the illustration in the pamphlet leaves much to be desired. I do not have any online service unless you count my uber-awesome 20+yr old 'Free 3G' Kindle. (My laptop is WIFI enabled but it is not clear to me whether your printer can connect via that without online service as well so I did not try.) I am retired and used a computer for the first time in 1973 in high school math class, fell in love with WebTV, cursed MS when they pulled the plug on WebTV, and I worked a computer all day for 40yrs at work, none of which means a thing since the computer world jumps like fleas..
I would recommend this to a friend!

One-Stop-Shop Printer

I have been very pleased with this buy, especially for the price. I have found the ink is much cheaper, as well as the quality of the prints are much better. I highly recommend this printer for your average day to day functions.

Works on 1 laptop but not the other

Works great on my work laptop but not on my personal one. I also have to use a cord to connect the printer and laptop, I can't get the Bluetooth to connect between my work laptop or my iPhone. No clue if its something I'm doing wrong of if it's the printer. Prints good though through the connecting cable.

Wireless work amazingly with Apple Products

I have always purchased Epson printers. Recently someone bought me another brand, couldn’t connect it with my IPhone or MacBook so I took it back and bought this one. Will never abandon Epson.

Ink hog, poor print quality

Colors would not print clear even after cleaning jets, shaking ink cartridges several times.
Paid almost as much for the "high capacity" ink as I did for the printer and got about 50 pages with a few color pics and another 25 all black. The green colors are a mish mash of yellow with some blue mixed in.
Easy to install so they beat out Canon, and I like the interface. If only the machine did what I bought it for.

I just set up my new Epson EX-1500 printer and it was so easy! I didn't have any problems; not one! I can't wait to start using it. Thank you for making this so user friendly.
