Easy set up over the Internet with download

OK-when it prints

I bought the Expression Home XP-5100 Small-in-One Printer a month ago. Since then I have printed 5-10 documents (when I could get it to print). The included black ink lasted only that long, and I have had the most difficult time trying to get this printer to print at all (constant error messages). I have replaced the ink with standard cartridges (the cost of the printer) and uninstalled and reinstalled all the program. It did give me a test print out. We'll see if the 3 hours it took to do this works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

PRINTER INSTALLATION

I was a fan of a competitor of Epson. Due to their lack of support I decided to give Epson a try. So far, the installation has gone very smooth. All of the steps were straight forward and self explanatory. I am optimistic on the continued operation of the printer.
