Difficult

Extremely difficult to set up and much longer than my other printers. Disk that came with it did not work, had to download drivers off the web.

I bought this about two months ago and it has been working flawlessly. Very intuitive and great print quality...threw my HP away after only 1 months of nothing but problems.

This is a great little printer for home. I bought it as my other one (different brand) wasn't printer and I couldn't get the cartridges out. It was very simple to hook up and I've used it a lot already with no problems. The price was right also.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
