Amazing Quality

I have to say that I am impressed with this product. It was very easy to setup. I enjoy the mobile app features available for printing on the go. There is a touch panel on the front of the product that you can easily select what action you want to do. There is even a photo fix adjustment settings for quick photo printing from straight from usb drives and more. The product will even close the feeding trays itself after clicking the action to do so. I am a photographer and graphic designer and this has made my business so much easier. The scan tool is very accurate. The ink levels don't deplete easily. I recommend this printer to all users of any experience. It is well worth it.This is a review for the Epson Expression Home XP-5100 All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

Disappointed

Does not print no matter what I do to reset any possible problem. Disappointed to say the least

Horrible support

I bought so I could print important papers soon. My old Epson printer quit after 10 years or more. I wanted another Epson printer. Big Mistake. It will print blank sheets. I cannot print sheets with printed words. I cannot find anything to tell me what to do. HORRIBLE SUPPORT.

Regret buying

Pooly made. Poor set up instructions. Would not scan. The sound of it printing was awful. I thought the video may have been a little off, but it's actually worse sounding in person. Returned for refund

Everytime it says updates are available the unit quits working!!! Getting tired of this!!! Going to use it for a boat anchor pretty quick!!!

I’ve had this printer 3-4 months and have already spent more in replacing cartridges than the printer is worth. If you want to only replace the black cartridge, it will not print without replacing all color cartridges.
