[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little bugger works amazingly. It has numerous features, records the littlest sounds clearly, and crisp. The instructions are people friendly, and so are the record, stop, rewind tabs on the recorder. When you see that RED light blinking, just know that it is recording. This is an amazing lightweight pickup everything nicely recorder...

Don't- DO NOT waste your money

I purchased this GPX 4gb voice recorder about three weeks ago and have yet to get a recording, how about NO recording, it just clicks, and clicks... PLEASE do not waste your money..... I should have listened the review telling me how crappie this recorder was.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using digital voice recorders for 25 years so I can say with some confidence that the GPX Digital Voice Recorder is a great little tool. Is versatile and reliable. I am an author so for me this is an invaluable device. I've given each of my grandchildren one and they take them to school with them and they tell me it not only helps them keep great notes but it gives them more time overall which enriches their educational experiences which makes me very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this item a few months ago to record speeches and personal data. It works amazingly well, even in a pocket or a couple of feet away. Recording is voice activated, so it won't record silence, which saves memory and allows for faster transcription. There is also a USB port which lets me download information to the computer without any trouble.
